LIVE ONLY - Pick Your Own Bookish Bundle with Goodies

very disappointed. i purchased an Elite bookish bundle, 65.00. I emailed 10 days later because i had no shipping info still. the first email from them sounded like they either forgot or lost my order. I was asked to give them as many details as possible so they could "find" it. when I replied asking if they lost my order, the response was, "no, u misunderstand my email. thank u for the information. your item will ship out soon". I did finally get my order. i got the book I picked out, but u can tell it was wrapped very quickly because the bottom was not fully taped closed. There were no extra goodies in the box at all. I got a generic blind date with a book. it contained 1 pen, 1 bookmark, 4 or 5 stickers, 1 postcard, 1 magnetic bookmark, and one mini notebook. nothing else, no tea or cocoa, no highliter, literally nothing else. Some pages were folded over during the wrapping I guess . I emailed them almost 2 weeks ago and still no response. very very disappointed.

These come so beautifully wrapped and with so many goodies! They are a true blind date, all you know is the genre and what it looks like wrapped. The shop offers discounts during Lives so the prices are reasonable. Excellent Customer Service, too!

I was so excited about this bundle and it was going to be a gift for a friend. The order never shipped, after 12 days of waiting for the order to ship, I requested a refund. This is the second time this has happened. Please do something about the shipping.

I love these book bundles! Beautifully wrapped and so many goodies included…stickers, bookmarks, pen, highlighter, notebook, post card. Have gotten so many amazing books choosing by a brief description and wrapping! Love the surprise of these!

An amazing book bundle etc , small business and they are the sweetest owners!
