I still am waiting for my order. I've only received live orders but, not the webby order with the 3D sign. Its been over a month since I ordered and, I won't order from their website, again. It seems since there is no time frame to get orders out like there are on TikTok they just push them aside. TikTok has a strict policy but, website orders don't so, its not important. Its also really hard to get a reply as to when you'll get an order because, she makes it a point to say she wont answer any questions about your order unless you go searching for an email. Even then its vague. I really would like the order I paid for.

Purchased $100 worth of products back in late February. Spent the next 4 months contacting them to receive my order. There was always an excuse that they would get to it but never recieved the items. They are very disorganized, lack communication skills and have no accountability. Several customers have complained about not receiving orders. They make their customers purchase from their website instead of TikTok because then they cant complain when they dont receive their orders on time. I watched them continue to promote more lives on TikTok, taking in more orders but cant fulfill the ones they havent completed yet. This is a fraudulent scheme as they are taking in more orders than they can fulfill and the consumer is left helpless. I had to file a complaint with my bank just to get my money back.

Was so happy about this package! Great book and the freebies I won from the lives!
